Brand new state-of-the-art aircraft hangar situated right on the tarmac of YPW Powell River Airport in BC available for lease.  All finishings and surrounding apron pavement will be ready for occupancy in April 2025.  It is quite substantial in size at 13,500 sq. ft. with the ability to accommodate a wide range of aircraft.  There are five retractable doors south facing onto apron - 28' height x 88' width.  There's a plethora of electrical and service equipment included that meet even stringent European standards.  There's also a 2,400 sq. ft. mezzanine that would make for a great office space.

LOOKING FOR WING STORAGE

I have a pair of 16’ wings for a challenger ultralight and no immediate prospect of getting the parts in the middle.  If anyone at the airpark has some space to lean the against a hanger wall for a modest rent I would be most appreciative.
