The Annual General Meeting of the Courtenay Airpark Association will be held on Sunday, 24 Feb. 2019 starting at 1400 in the Pilots Lounge.

This is an important meeting where new directors for the Board are elected and major decisions affecting our facility and members, are discussed and voted on. All members are strongly urged to attend.

All are invited to attend but only paid-up members may vote.

Agenda for the AGM will be sent out by email prior to the date.

The AGM is traditionally followed by a social hour with refreshments.
