Comox Valley Exhibition – 29 & 30 August 2026.
The Courtenay Airpark was proud to be associated with the Comox Valley Exhibition (CVEX) again this year, celebrating its 10th Anniversary as an Exhibitor at this popular event. We were delighted with the opportunity to meet record numbers of attendees from the local community, discuss the Airpark's roles, responsibilities, and objectives, and promote General Aviation in the Comox Valley. We were joined once again by representatives of Teen Flight and Sealand Flight in Campbell River, as well as Flight Instructors from Sealand’s flying training school at the Airpark. In addition, representatives of the local chapter (#85) of the Experimental Aircraft Association were located alongside our booth, with a modern gyrocopter on static display. A draw was also held each day for a free familiarization flight in an Airpark aircraft, both of which were won by local area visitors to the Airpark booth. Another very successful CVEX, that reflects the great spirit of volunteerism in the Comox Valley.
